1. Ordering process; Correction options; conclusion
The presentation of our goods on our website www.bicikli.de is not a binding offer on our part.
a. Select product and collect in shopping cart
You can select products from the assortment offered by us, and collect them via the button "Add to cart" without obligation in a virtual shopping cart, which you can see at any time by clicking on the shopping cart button or the link "to cart". You can delete a selected product from the shopping cart by clicking on the button "remove". By entering a different number or clicking on the "+" or "-" buttons, you can also change the quantity (quantity) of the respective goods.
b. Enter your data / login
By clicking on the button "Continue to order" you get to the input of your data. If you have already created a customer account with us, you can log in here with your login data and your password. Otherwise, you have the option to create a customer account or to execute the order without a customer account.
In the next step, select where the goods should be sent (delivery address) and the desired shipping method and then click on the button "Continue with order". Finally, choose the desired billing address and payment method (advance payment, immediate transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery) and confirm your selection by clicking on the "Continue with order" button.
c. Pay with AMAZON Payments

A contract between you and us comes with the payment option advance payment only with the delivery of an explicit declaration of acceptance by us, which takes place within four working days with a separate e-mail or by a proof of shipment. With the payment options PayPal and Sofortüberweisung, a contract is concluded between you and us after you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.

We save the contract text; You can view your order at any time in your personal login area (My Account) under "Your Orders". a. For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 euros, unless the item is expressly provided with a different note.
b. For shipping within the European Union (EU) and European Free Trade Association (EFTA) we charge a flat rate of 7.90 euros, unless the article is expressly provided with a different indication.
Due to mandatory requirements of SHIMANO from 01.07.2018 we only deliver to countries of the European Union (EU) and European Free Trade Association (EFTA)
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The payment of the goods takes place after your choice by advance payment, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal or AMAZON Pay.
For orders via our website www.bicikli.de we deliver to Germany, to member states of the European Union ("EU") and the European Free Trade Area ("EFTA"). The shipment will start as soon as possible on working days after you have fulfilled your payment obligation, unless otherwise agreed or if a different delivery time is expressly stated on the respective product page. The shipping time within Germany is the practice of the parcel service of Deutsche Post. The delivery time within the EU and EFTA is the practice of Deutsche Post and its respective partners in the destination country.
6. Legal liability for defects
For all goods that you can buy from us, there are statutory warranty rights, unless otherwise stipulated in § 5 of our Terms and Conditions.
